"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...

Meiltä kysyttiin jo ennen matkaamme mahdollisesta osallistumisesta maratonille ja tarjottiin take away -aamiaista siihen aamuun, koska jouduimme lähtemään aikaisin. "The staff went far and beyond. The rooms were superior, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was a great central location to get to different parts of the cities. They had parking for a good price, and we were able to leave our car there without any extra fees for the day we checked out. "
