Low Budget Hotel, as all inclusive here is a big lie, not accor suits name,or 5 stars with no variety food, with the same nails every day, not suits with kids There is only one Ala cart & full of well known guests only conference room always joined with loony stay tourests from every where clown conference room, no showes, no entertainment,no snak mails, or cocktails, rooms needs service such lockers etc.. Management team & managers specially customer service and receptionist, keep giving you the iron mask, Merna, sherif, El sharkawy, even owner hemsilf T. Outstanding brandnew hotel

Forget what you assiciate hotels with, with the NOVOTEL brand. This is an exceptional hotel on all levels. The beah is outstanding and dive station is superb. For the price and location- stay here. Far better than Marsa Alaam, Safaga or Hurgada.

The hotel facilities were good, rooms are clean but you can forget about the beach. Although i checked in online and gave the approximate arrival's time, the room was not prepared for the number of persons booked, we had to wait for the bed and towels for the 3rd person and even had to call after waiting for more than an hour. The only person who gave us once a smile during the stay, was one of the housekeepers !! Honestly, the whole staff needs to be trained. The food and beverage department needs to be reformed from top to bottom, urgently. I know, that you get what you pay for, but that's not the accor group standards i used to know.

Basilare nel complesso, 10 punti vanno solo all estetica delle camere e agli addetti della pulizia. Il cibo varia ogni giorno ma la qualità di alcuni prodotti a colazione è davvero scadente, inoltre i camerieri prestano poca attenzione ai clienti, soprattutto quelli che si occupano delle bevande. Gli addetti alla reception sono sgarbati, non parlano bene l inglese e durante il check out se non fate attenzione aggiungono costi extra per cose mai consumate. Se dovete organizzare escursioni o gite in pullman vi sconsiglio di farlo con l addetto dei transfert del resort, abbiamo pagato un pullman grande per 21 persone e uno più piccolo adatto a mia zia per darle la possibilità di viaggiare comoda essendo invalida.. ma il giorno della gita si sono presentati con 2 mini bus costringendo mia zia a viaggiare scomoda in un pullmino piccolo insieme ad altre 12 persone, davvero pessimo l atteggiamento indifferente del responsabile. Gentili e professionali i ragazzi della spa e Carlotta, la ragazza dell animazione. Per il resto la spiaggia e le piscine del resort sono carine ma SCONSIGLIO il soggiorno in questa struttura per il servizio e l incompetenza di alcuni membri del personale.

Beautiful nature, good facilities

Hotel facilities are very good and area has a pure beautiful natural. Beach is rocky except for one or two sandy spots, snorkeling is wonderful. room is clean and comfortable. Food is delicious but with low varieties. Main swimming pool is crowded and i felt it's not clean enough, but the 2nd main swimming pool(which has no bar ) us quite, clean and relaxing. Overall experience is very good with respect to budget

Not so good but not bad

The hotel was so relaxing it is good for couples to only relax with the great view of the sea from the main restaurant, the hotel was so quite to remove any stress and have excellent areas to chill especially the bar at the beach, but the staff are unqualified to work there their were not professional to deal with us especially at the bars they were bored and they seems like they hate their job and just wanna give us the service and run away. The snacks time was little weird because it should be from 3 to 5 pm but when i came 4:50 they told me “we have finished” as they do not want to serve us with a polite way. The food was good but it could be better there was ups and downs not the all days were great but the taste still good , but the depend a lot on food recycling so the food quality was not that great especially the potato which was too hard to eat “it was from the day before” after we complained they apologized and gave us a free lunch at the Italian restaurant actually the taste was good but we noticed that the approach of the hotel not to be generous as the size of the plates was mainly samples not suiting the hotel at all to do that. The entire experience was good i will only go there again to chill out not to find any luxury, perhaps the management personnel need to restructure the staff to suit a five stars hotel

La struttura è nuova ben progettata e funzionale. Merita sicuramente un 9 ma la cucina è la parte peggiore non merita più di un 4. Ripetitiva molto speziata cucinata in maniera non del tutto professionale davanti ai clienti ( non accenno nemmeno alle condizioni delle piastre cottura e padelle sopratutto quelle usate per la colazione). Resort 5 stelle significa cucina internazionale fatta però da cuochi internazionali e non solo egiziani.

Dejligt hotel og søde mennesker

Vi boede på hotellet i en uge for at dykke. Det var helt perfekt. Hotellet ligger isoleret ned til Rødehavet med eget husrev, som man kunne dykke og snorkle ved fra en badebro. Flotte koraller og super service fra dykkercentret, der ligger på stranden. Vi havde et værelse med udsigt til en af de store familievenlige pools samt all inclusive, hvilket fungerede rigtig godt. Lækker varieret mad og super søde og hjælpsomt personale. Værelset var pænt og rent med OK wi-fi.
