"The room was very clean and spacious. Absolutely zero communication about check in, check out, and other general information even though I was asked to provide a phone number for someone to reach out to. Breakfast is included but portions are small if you’re looking for a big breakfast."

"The staff was very friendly. Our air conditioning was not working and maintenance was very attentive and tried to do everything he could to make it cooler for us. The staff at the pool was amazing as well. Breakfast and pool food was good. The other restaurants were typical all inclusive food."
