"Staff was very helpful and prompt, even went extra in finding us a print shop that was open late. It was a very pleasant place to stay; we felt very safe. "

Lo peor era el baño, porque si te duchabas el agua atravesaba todo el baño y corría hacia la puerta, que por ello estaba destrozada. "

"The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort...

"hotel moderno in posizione estremamente comoda, fornita, e favorevole Noi avevamo una camera al pian terreno e comunque era molto silenziosa. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, e c’è un parcheggio h24 (100 lei/h) nei paraggi, come pure vari supermercati. Centro e zone d’interesse li raggiungi a piedi tranquillamente. La camera è moderna, ben tenuta, molto pulita, comfortevole. Nulla da eccepire! Tranne in effetti che non fanno la colazione… ma ci sono molti bar nelle vicinanze"

"This is a nice hotel in a good location that is easily walkable to some of the mains places of interest as well as shops and restaurants. The room lacked a few amenities that I would expect in a 4 star hotel. For example it had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee to make a drink. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay again but will bring some coffee with me next time!"

"The property was excellent. However, we discovered on arrival that the pool was yet to open for the ‘season’. This was the last week in May (school holidays) and the temperature was in excess of 30 degrees all week. It wasn’t specified on their website what ‘seasonal’ meant. Our whole reason for choosing this hotel was its outdoor pool. They eventually opened the pool on our last day (Friday). This disappointment soured an otherwise excellent property."
