"The lady there named Sandy was super amazing and nice. She helped us with a lot of things but the quality of the place was not so great. We had neighbors that were very sketchy and room service only came once per week. Room service kept forgetting to give us blankets and towels. But I would say Sandy made it a lot better. "

The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute. "Their listing was misleading. Made it sound like we got the whole locations even had a picture posted of the stairs making you think you got the upstairs too. Show up and you get a dungeon of a basement. You walk down the outside stairs and an alarm goes off every time. You have no temperature control and the owners upstairs turned on the heat and burned us out. No AC and had a few hidden in closet fans. No windows or doors with visibility to the outside.
