"Filthy room, no hot water, tub was disgusting. Sink ran constantly, if turned off it made a whistling noises, but if I ran the water to use the sink the drain was not draining properly. The beds were both in bad shape. The mattresses need to be replaced. The neighbors were very loud."

"Great stay overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The casino had a fun, lively atmosphere with plenty of options, and it never felt too crowded. There were also great food and drink choices on site, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely come back!"

"Lovely and lovely hotel in Black Hawk. Enjoyed our stay but note they charge extra for early check in. Had great dining and amenities but had to request a robe and slippers, they also charge you if you take the toiletries provided in the room. Would recommend staying here though. Loved the decor, pool, etc. "

"The lady at the desk was super nice but we did not stay there after two room changes. The first room had a ceiling light out and 3 lamps were out and then the second room had lots of stains and no lighting except the bed side lamps. We could also hear all of the people near us so we left. "
