"My only comply was the shower had no slip proof surface. I am not old or I firmed but had to hold on to the bar as not to fall. I would think this is a liability for the property."

"The person checking us in was also the airport shuttle driver. Not her fault but they should have a driver and a person who stays at the property the whole time."

"This was probably a nice hotel in the past. The lobby looks nice, but then it goes downhill quickly. Doors to the outside are padlocked. Rooms were dirty, my first room was absolutely filthy, I asked for another room and the one worker at the front desk took forever to get us a slightly better room. By better I mean it did not have food on the floors and candy melted to the dresser and drawers. He said it was the only room available. So, I did not complain that the toilet ran and the shower...

"We booked at this hotel because it had an indoor swimming The pool was closed and we could not use it our entire stay. There was no extra cable or streaming services unless we were already subscribed to Netflix which we were not. Unfortunately, we had to watch TV with numerous commercials. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good"

"Best night of sleep I've had in a while! Reception staff was awesome - - kind and professional. Room was exactly as photographed and described. The lemon hand soap was out of this world! The personalized welcome on the flatscreen was a nice touch."

"I was disappointed the place from the outside looks like a dump. Once you get in it's nice but you realize this was an outdoor motel of the 70s with a building built on top of it. The rooms are older and our shower head was about to come off. No one came and cleaned our rooms so the next night I canceled and went to a better hotel. This place might be good in a tight situation where you have no other place to stay but definitely not a 2nd or 1st option. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't excellent...

"This hotel is disappointing from a Hyatt Place standard. The hallways has an old, moldy smell. The cushions on my couch look dirty like it needs to be reupholstered. The couch itself was broken. The end that connect was warped and collapsed. The sleep was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel breakfast they offered was not good. Hard boiled eggs was really hard. The pineapple/cantaloupe mix tasted fermented. If you're wanting breakfast, head across the parking lot to Cracker...

"The girl at the desk was wonderful as far as she was concern however, my room was downstairs in the basement area. It felt uneasy somewhat. Breakfast time, there was an empty can of spray for the waffle machine which didnt matter since the waffle batter dispenser was empty. My room was ok and was told there would be a 100 dollar deposit which would be returned in 7 to 10 business days but after seeing i was from the next town they changed deposit to 250. I was there camping when a storm came up...
