"This truly was a tale of two properties.
On the plus side, the physical property was fantastic. We booked an ocean-side room with a balcony -- and the view of the sunrise each morning was spectacular. Dining room, pool area, and fitness center were all first rate.
However, the staff and service left *a lot* to be desired. Just a few examples: Our room was not ready at 4:00 and the front desk staff didn’t seem particularly concerned with finding a solution. The lobby bartender disappeared...

Awful room condition. Rips/stains on couch. Someone’s nail clippers on the table upon entry.
Torn curtains. Baseboards rotting. Mattress sagging and uncomfortable. Most disappointing stay at a Hilton I have ever experienced."

"When I first arrived, the bathroom had no toilet paper. They held $100 which I didn’t know about. Parking was $8 a night which wouldn’t have been bad if they actually mentioned that when booking. I went to the woman on desk duty for pool bands and she informed me I would have to purchase them. Thank GOD I only stayed for 2 nights before going to my real reservation at the Holiday inn which was wonderful. Also the ceiling in the kitchenette was peeling smh never again!"

"The views were great favorite part about the room the room was clean the floors were a mess the constant room key recharge was a mess they need to do better with that. Staff was kind . No bar . They did have a pool and hot tub that’s a plus did not go in because the beach was right there ."

"The hotel in general is fine it was clean and everything but the attention of the staff who works there is terrible they are rude they disrespect the customers they charged me two kisses the deposit the girl who attended us was very rude spoiled and I don't know how else to describe my experience then the boy was the same so even if it's a good hotel if they continue to hire that staff it's not good I feel much to put my opinion here but I did feel frustrated that day"
