"It’s a beautiful place but the rooms were fairly average. Nothing special. The shower was the worst part, it was either super hot or cold. Went to a trickle on medium. Couldn’t wash my hair! Also the breakfast buffet was $30 per person and not that great either. If you’re a golfer, you’d love it. Also rained so couldn’t sit by the pool so … eh."

The outlets in the bathroom were not working. The food was good in the dining room. I did speak to the front desk person about the problem in the morning. He said we should’ve called in the night. However, we had just spent 21 hours straight coming home from a flight. We are both in our 70s and did not want to...

"For the price I would have preferred to stay in a motel. The staff were kind but I did have some problems with the actual property: I found a chicken bone in my room, the shower water was lukewarm at best, and my room smelled like smoke. All the furniture and facilities are very worn and not like shown in the pictures."

Tissue box in bathroom was empty; only 1 small piece of soap in bathroom; no q-tips or cotton; no shower cap, no cup; no coffee maker in the room. Pretty bare bones. Breakfast offerings were minimal but okay. Staff was nice though we had to search for tissues and other items ourselves. Not recommended."
