"Great experience overall even given the fact there was a bad storm that resulted in multiple power losses. The room was a little warmer than we would have liked but once again not their fault. Multiple power losses! They are updating the hotel now but I felt it was already nice already. Will definitely being staying there again, while our son finishes at UNCP!"

"This was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I had 3 rooms and all 3 wasn't fit for a dog to stay in. My room alone I cleaned 2 big wads of boogers and snot off the wall by bed😡... no elevator, sucked should've stayed on web site. 75 yr old w bad hip had to crawl the steps. walls going up steps had dirt and dry blood on them... pool area pure nasty, my 6 yr old grandson cut both feet in pool. bathroom doors wouldn't even shut!!!!.. only 1 worker working and she was probably...

"This is our third state at this hotel. Very convenient right off the highway. A large pool and a Denny’s for breakfast. Several restaurants location around the area. I recommend this hotel to any travelers."

"Would recommend investment be made in bedding. Sheets and pillowcases on both beds had holes in them (from ware?? ) The stopper in the sink located in the bathroom did not work. Once pushed down would not come up. I crawled under the sink and repaired it to a point. There were some bugs on the floor which I removed but something the manager might want to look after. I relayed all of this to the desk when I checked out."

"We brought our cat on our trip. We went to breakfast prior to checking out, came back to the room and couldn’t find her. We thought she may have gotten out of the room somehow. No, she had crawled under the bed. From our POV it was solid but, no. Gratefully one of the employees was familiar with this occurrence and assisted us in getting her out safely."

"room was clean & common areas are well maintained. parking is free with plenty of spaces. there are about 4 ev chargers located in the property. breakfast is nice with some cold and hot items to pick from. would come back here again if i have work at this location."

"They were renovating , they turned the water off certain times of day and sometimes there was not hot water. They did not alert the customers what time the water would be off so when I went to wash my hands , take a shower , or use the bathroom I was not aware.I needed a lightbulb the main light in the room hall , but they said they doubt maintenance will be able to change the lightbulb because they were too busy with everything else . There was no clock in the room and I had to ask for clean...
