"I arrived earlier than check-in time around 3:20pm and was told that they would call me once my room is ready. I was asked to give my number and that I would be called when my room is ready. We remained in the lobby right in front of the desk for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive any calls or messages. It was already 4:45pm when I saw all of the cleaning ladies beginning to leave the hotel. That was when I went up to ask the front desk if my room was ready or what was going on...

"We were very happy with the room and the staff at this hotel. Beds were comfortable, rooms were in good repair with comfortable furniture, bathrooms had good water pressure and plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ soap/lotion for 2 people. Staff were exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast was good with glass dishes and metal cutlery, a very nice touch. We had no issues and did not use any additional amenities, therefore cannot comment on those features. Also great location for shopping...

"The side lights, by the bed, were both broken. The window had no screen, the hallway light only flickered continuously. The room is very dated and dust and wiped grime all over the tv. Internet was good. Would be a bonus if the fridge was left on so when you put your food in it would be staying cool not waiting to get cool again. Drive into the parking area to 3 outlaw Bikers (staring at you) in the parking lot which didn't make me feel comfortable leaving anything in the truck. Will not be back...
