"We had an ocean view room on the 1st floor which was easy access to the pacific beach; literally could walk there. Breakfast was alright; more fruits and pastries would of been a great addition. However your front desk person (Emily) made our stay worth the visit. She's has a great personality and knowledgeble as well as a nice sense of humor. 5-Stars Emily :-). Parking is tight at times so be cautious going in and out the secured area. We will be back, soon."

"Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent."

"We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and Starbucks on site as well as a heated pool. They seemed not to have trained staff or enough staff. The cafe worker didn’t know how to make even the drinks on the menu. The salad was wrong lettus and wilted. See the photos. Above the spa the glass dome was broken above our heads so we were nervous that it would break more and fall on us. The pool was definitely not heated and was as cold as ice. "Convenient location but lacking in the quality we’re accustomed to at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The staff is pleasant. The room had a few bugs in the bathroom. There was also a black stain right outside the shower door. The shower only had body wash and 2 shampoo bottles. No conditioner and the other 3 were filled with what appeared to be the same soap. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were watery and one of the days the carton of milk was curdled. The room is not kept clean and every seating area had...

" Check in very easy as well as check out. Shout out to Mike, who was very helpful and sweet even gave us options on what to do in San Diego. Absolutely love the breakfast good quality and complimentary. I am deducting points because you charge for parking and secondly, you’re adding tax to parking. Never have I been somewhere where they’re charging me tax on the parking! Note to the hotel offer free parking to your guests and if you’re going tocharge us, don’t add any more tax to that!!"
