Good place to stay, great view of the water, really close to a lot of things, including the ferry and sister bay. Nice rooms, insane bathroom in the Country View room!

Very nice location right next to main road the property itself was great clean room all promised amenities And comfy beds no complaints. I didn't get to use the sauna but it was available and the common room was great too I'll probably stay here during my next visit to door county .

We had a great experience! It was a perfect place to stay for me, my husband, and our 3 year old son. The community kitchen and great room with fireplace were nice amenities. The Innkeeper (Kristine) was very good at her job. She held a bonfire one evening and was an excellent host.

Very comfortable and a beautiful view of the bay. Close to Washington Island ferry where we spent an entire day and easily got back in time for dinner in Sisters Bay. We loved staying at the north end of the peninsula and enjoyed our stay. The innkeeper had snacks and drinks available in the great room for everyone to enjoy and a cozy fire that was welcome at the end of a windy day outside.

We LOVED this property. GREAT location, at the north end of the peninsula, less congested than the other towns, yet super-easy to get to everywhere. Fabulous sunset views right from our unit! Fire in the fire ring out front every night, gorgeous big trees, fully equipped kitchen and great room…..just can’t say enough good!

The Innkeeper Kristine greeted us about 30 minutes after we arrived and gave us a tour of the property with some of it's history. She hosted a happy hour with wine and snacks and then started a fire in the firepit for us. Had a great time! It was just what we were looking for, a quiet location away from the more populated tourist areas.

This place is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed at. The views are beautiful and close by to many attractions. The location is one of my favorites in Door County. Kristine the Innkeeper is fantastic. She was very accommodating, kind, and was consistently available when we had questions. We were in the Spinnaker room and it was very comfortable. Sleeping with the breeze coming from the lake was relaxing. The stars and wildlife were beautiful. The sauna is relaxing but can get very hot. The great room is a cozy place to hang out at. One of my favorite features are the rocking chairs. They were a great place to relax. I'd definitely stay again.

The room exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the bathroom was large. The outside of building needs some talc as the paint is peeling. The Inns Keeper Christine is very knowledgeable of the history of the property. I did have to call her as I never received my code to get in. She answered right away and met us at the room and gave us a tour of the grounds

It was a wonderful stay. We started out with a little confusion but it was quickly resolved. My only advice is to make sure that you rent the type of property that you are expecting. This property has several different options. Ranging from 1 room to a whole cabin. It is a cute little place.

Stayed for 4 nights and the location was very quiet and convenient. The facility itself is a little older but was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, very nice stay, the only issue was that for the first couple of nights the family above us was getting up at 4 am and you could hear every footstep and the doors open and close constantly for about an hour. We did use the kitchen and gas grill a couple of times and they were also nice to have access to. Beautiful sunsets each night right across the road. Quick access to the ferry.

The rooms were large and clean, calm atmosphere, good hot shower and heater/AC worked good. Decor historic and fit with the area. Outdoor area also very welcoming and flowers and not overdone. View of the bay was unique to have. Staff stopped in once to see if we needed anything. Quiet surroundings. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I decided to spend our honeymoon in Door County and we’re so grateful we could book here! Was a true hidden gem. The host was so incredibly sweet and accommodating. She gave us a personal tour of the property and provided such good dinner spot, and activities to do while visiting. The room was in perfect order, even had the cutest balcony. Parking was a breeze as the directions the host provides are clear and to the point. Was an amazing stay. Anything we needed the host was willing to accommodate and even had bonfires for us visitors with some wine. Was a great time and I highly recommend! The area is quiet and clean as well. 10/10!
