"right place and a decent price"

"Stayed in the apartment at the rear of the property. What a great self contained area this was. Room was spotless and very well maintained. All staff from check in, bar and at breakfast were exceptional. Breakfast was included and was great and they are happy to adjust anything on the menu to suit. We had our dog with us and she was most welcome in the hotel too for a £10 a night supplement."

"Clean room and quiet on ground floor. Good breakfast. Good selection of drinks at the bar and not overpriced. Closest hotel to airport for walking."

"It was very scottish tradional posh house hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. We loved the Laird & Soapies bar, and was given a very warm Nigerian welcome, lifting the atmosphere, and entrraining the guests."

"The staff were particularly helpful, especially reception and those in the restaurant. A mistake had been made by a member of staff with a restaurant booking, but they went out of their way to rectify this."

"Nice room with a kitchen which was great only negative was only BBC stations on large tv . Breakfast hot buffet of bacon sausages and scrambled eggs wasn't the best quality but the cold buffet was very good. Staff were excellent couldn't do enough to help .Hotel is in a good location 10 mins walk from stations. Would definitely return here if we return to Aberdeen"
