"I'm not into rating or reviews, but I must bring to attention a couple of things. Let me first point out that during check in the staff was very helpful and courteous. The young man behind the desk explained everything clearly, including the renovations that the hotel was going thru. The room was flawless. Clean and comfortable. "Starbucks coffee shop is gone. Brown bag is OK. The hyatt is now offering coffee in their lobby, but not for free. I wish they had a full breakfast restaurant in the Hyatt. We love staying there because it is so convenient to the metro."
