"One of the two elevators did not work so it was along wait to get on the elevator. Then on our last day the other elevator went out - we were on the 6th floor. My husband uses a cane - so I had to take everything down via the stairs. 2 trips to bring everything down the back up 6 flights to help my husband down. At least we didn’t have a plane to catch, but an exhausting 45 minutes to leave."

"The room was fine. The indoor/outdoor pool was taken over by a huge group of young kids the first day we were there and was not available for the next two days we were there. That was one of the reasons we booked there. Very disappointed. The staff kept telling us it was being cleaned. It would be available later. It NEVER WAS! You would think that a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice compensation for the lack of the pool for 2 days. But NO it was still 21.00 a plate. Very poor service."

"After checking into the hotel and going to my room, I noticed that there was no desk chair. I informed the front desk, and the staff member brought a chair from another room, which I appreciated. However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead. When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room. Unfortunately, this made my stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. The lack of proper pest control and the inability to provide a clean room resulted in a very poor experience overall"

"It was ok for a place to sleep for the night, but wasn’t real happy about having to walk through the large group of people allowed to camp out and smoke right in the middle of the main entrance. Had to walk through them to get in or out. Also, there was a dirty sock and hair from the previous guests left in the bathroom, children were loudly running around the hallways and the window to our room early in the morning, and hotel staff tried to enter our room prior to checkout to look at an AC unit that we never called about and was working perfectly. All of these issues are a reflection of poor hotel management."
