"Rooms are very nice decor is tasteful large closet & fireplace. The beds were absolutely amazingly comfortable one of the best. I’ve slept in in a hotel plenty of pillows and different firmness to choose from. The couch was nice and desk is large with an office chair, mini fridge and microwave. The pressure in the shower is absolutely amazing! The welcome treats upon arrival was an excellent touch! The breakfast area remained clean, and the staff came around to wipe up any drips or waffle...

"My sister and I had a great few days' stay here - we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our room was ready a bit before standard check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and decently appointed. We weren't spending much time in the room so it wasn't too important to us. Bar Mason was convenient - and the food was tasty too! Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Guelph."

"The room was comfortable but it was not cleaned after our first night’s stay. When asked, I was told first that since we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign, they didn’t enter our room however, we removed the sign when we went out at 10. Then I was told that the hotel has a policy of not cleaning the rooms daily. When I asked to see where it states that, I was told that it is not in writing but it’s their hotel policy. I found it very strange and asked to speak to the manager and then the receptionist...

"Parking was easy the room was spacious and clean. There was no staff. No front desk . It was easy to access the room. Microwave and a small fridge was available "

"Room was terrible. Smelt very bad, run down, toilet ran for about 10 minutes after flushing, furniture damaged, fan for heat loud and cycled on and off all night even after adjusting it, sink plug missing, bed squeaked "
