"The hot tub was not working properly because they did not heat it up prior to guests arriving. I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. "

"This was the absolute worst travel stop ive ever made! The first room they put me in, the microwave was a science experiment on the inside. The mirrors had dust on the glass and probably not wiped down in at least 6 months and the smell in the room was putrid. The saftey lach on the door was broke."

"We have used this Country Inn and Suites since it opened for a quick night's rest when going to the Airport. Although it's starting to show its age, it is always clean! What we love best is the staff there! On our last 2 stays, Sarah (front desk /driver /replenising pool and food items) has been kind and accommodating. She handles the pressures of her multi-position job with grace and a smile! I wish they did offer a "grab and go option" for breakfast, though ... Especially with early flights....

"Air conditioning was alright beds are firm. Property is kinda ran down we had ants crawling on our windowsill looked like someone had tried to repair sill didn't do a good job. Front desk not very welcoming same person was there in morning still not friendly. Would not stay again. "

"The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. "

"Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room."
