"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to commend the team for the generally good level of service provided. The room was satisfactory and comfortable, though I found the pillows to be a bit too soft for my preference, which affected my overall rest. Breakfast was a highlight of my our stay, with a very good selection and quality of food. However, we noticed that the service in clearing empty plates could be improved. On a few occasions, some staff walked past our table, appeared to notice the empty plates, but did not clear them. This resulted in plates being left on the table longer than expected."
