"The room had to beds that were so hard they felt like CEMENT. The room smelled like an old ashtray. Yes all rooms are non-smoking rooms. The pillows were so old and used up I couldn't even use them to sleep with. The smoke smell was so bad I had to bring the trash can by my bed in case I got sick. ..."
