"Short drive into SF city. Parking is an arm and a leg. Prepare for the windiest walk from lobby to parking lot. Love that we were on the 14th floor facing the bay. The view of the sunset from our room on our 1st night was phenomenal. Unfortunately, on the 2nd night it was super cloudy. Room is clean and access to electrical sockets and charging ports were plentiful!"

"Overall great stay, friendly staff and located nicely for mountain View travel. They have a complementary sauna and spa along with workout center and pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repair but it looked great along with a hot tub. The TV had controls for the lighting and temperature which was interesting. You could also control them physically. There is a lack of drawer space but had a closet and some shelving to put things on. Overall it was a wonderful stay."

"Arrived early and was able to get checked into my room an hour early. Great service and friendly staff. Glad for the wifi as there is no cellular service in that area. Room was clean and nice. The view was beautiful seeing the ocean and hearing ocean at night."

The only issue was that there were no glasses in the room, so we got cups from the breakfast area.
Uber car used by hotel for airport shuttle. Paid for by hotel. Very quick response time.

"I asked for a clean towels and a cleaning person to clean our room or at least take the trash away(trash can in the bathroom is full) when we left for lunch. When we came back, it was disappointing to see that our room has not been clean. I went to asked for the towels at the front desk and she also gave me a plastic liner for the trash can. We cleaned our bathroom and threw the trash. I hope this will be given attention when the clients ask at least comply. What I asked is not heavy work at...

"I had a very short stay at this hotel but it was perfect for me! I liked it. it was small and quaint and the room was exceptional. super quiet. the air conditioner even stayed on all night without rattling! bed was really comfortable and his staff was wonderful. I also love that they have an airport shuttled both directions and that I could park my car in a safe location while I travel."
