"Like other reviewers, I can say that being on the first floor, you can hear every single thing that happens in the room above you. I couldn't get too upset, because it was people traveling with us (although I did jokingly tell them to stop rearranging furniture). I had to take a first floor room due to mobility issues; if there had been an elevator I would have definitely taken a second floor room. However, overall, we were looking for an inexpensive room without a ton of added costs (parking...

"At breakfast they allowed a young female in her underwear and t shirt to walk amongst the breakfast crowd and make a plate. She sat there in her underwear and t shirt amongst other families and ate, the front desk did nothing about it. The food court lady informed them and they told her to not worry about it. Several families left the area including me without breakfast."

"Property overbooked for king rooms. Attempted to check-in at 7pm and was told to try back in an hour once rooms were clean. Housekeeping was supposedly running behind. I wasn't comfortable waiting and went back to the desk. A different staff member checked me in but did not mention the room type. Got in the room and it was not what I booked. I followed back up with front desk and Trevor was apologetic and accountable for the property error. We kept the room for the night and he put us in the...

"Everything was clean except there were several long dark hairs on the floor. It was convenient to the SF airport. My only complaint is that I tried to call several times in the few days prior to my arrival to confirm and all I got was a recording saying that the phone number didn’t accept incoming calls and this was from the link on their website so I was getting a little nervous. I ended up having to call their parent Company to confirm my reservation. I mentioned this at check-in, and...
