"The hotel staff was outstanding...always pleasant and helpful. In particular, Tamar checked us in at a very late hour (after 10 pm). We asked if we could have a microwave in the room and she said that one would be provided by housekeeping in the morning. However, she also asked if we needed one sooner. We replied that we would like one before the morning. She agreed that it was possible and she ended up bringing the microwave to our room herself. That was incredible to us! We were grateful and amazed."
