"Very nice relatively new facility. However the lighting in the rooms was poor. The TV sets were not properly attached to the wall and rotated. The management was terrific and the service was good. Altogether a good experience for 8 days. The breakfast was mostly at a nearby restaurant that was good."

"The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. This history is visible in the hotel while still looking very well maintained and polished. The design of the rooms fit very well with the history of the building. The service of the receptionist Marie was very nice. She was very welcoming, calm and accomodating. She personally guided us to her room while telling us all...

Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. "Breakfast was very nice with good choices for hot and cold, nice fresh fruit and pastries, cheese and yogurt. Staff were very friendly, always greeted with a smile and genuine interest in how your holiday was going. Plunge pool was lovely, even in April for a refreshing dip. Room with balcony was nice to look over the harbour. Close to many restaurants cafes and bars and easy to walk to all the sites. "
