"Absolutely spectacular stay. The room is incredible, spacious, the attention to detail is in everything... I'm always picky about blow dryers and their blow dryer was amazing! The towel heater was such a nice touch, the space on the bathroom sink is unheard of at any other hotel. And the personal touches.... Manuela was so caring and offered us a delectable breakfast! We could also walk to the Ferrari factory and Cavallino. We would stay here again and again! If you're in Maranello to visit...

"Desde el primer momento que escribí para consultar mis dudas, recibí una respuesta rápida, precisa y educada. Luca estuvo atento en todo momento y fue muy profesional, dándome consejos tanto de dónde comer como de qué visitar. Respecto a la habitación, todo fue genial: cama cómoda y un juego completo de toallas de varios tamaños. Un gran detalle el café gratis con dulces. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de absolutamente todo. Si vuelvo a Bolonia, no dudaré en quedarme...

"Great location and nicely designed new room. Very clean. Breakfast unfortunately in another Building 5 minutes walk away, which is quite inconvenient. Very Limited breakfast time (8:30 to 10:00 only). Check out too early in my view for a holiday Location (10 am). "

"Splendida struttura molto ben tenuta, ideale per chi non ama la confusione ma vuole essere comunque vicino alle arterie principali. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte per visita a Grazzano V. nel periodo Natalizio. Ottima pulizia, camera Family con tutti i confort, colazione buonissima e personale veramente accogliente."

"Una volta entrati nell’edificio troverete di fronte a voi la reception con le chiavi delle camere; nelle due precedenti visite non ho mai trovato personale. Le camere sono come in foto, spaziose, pulite e con bagni ampi; ovviamente le suite hanno una marcia in più sia come grandezza che come pregio delle finiture. Struttura ottima per soggiorni di coppia o tra amici."

"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."
