"The staff were all amazing and very helpful - lovely to see so many genuine smiles. The hotel was spotless and modern. Breakfast was varied and well stocked regardless of the time you sat down. The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids...

The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "

"I paid the landlord the money through Expedia for a 2 night reservation, but he delayed in sending me the address of the property. I took a taxi to the area where the property was located expecting to hear from him, but he did not contact me.
