"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Double Tree on Yas Island. The kitchen is well-equipped, room was spotless, and the distance to parks was perfect. The WB and Waterworld were walkable and other parks were a short taxi ride. There is a shuttle from the hotel but we didn’t use it. Staff were all very friendly. I would stay there again. "

"We came back to the W as a family this time. We had connecting track view rooms on the Marina side which also came with an accessible room for smooth disabled facilities. Staff were amazing as always from the valets, security, reception, concierge, breakfast, gym to the housekeeping staff. "We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use.
