"Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing."

The staff went above and beyond, they facilitated an early check in and a late checkout to work around my flight timings. They let us use the lounge whilst we waited for our room, when we were jet lagged and slept all day, awake all night, they checked up on us to see if we needed anything. "The hotel is in a great location for going to any of the theatres. All within a short walk. The corner room was nice having a double aspect but unfortunately being on level 1 meant we could hear every street noise including the city sweepers at 5:30am. We also could not work out how to lower the heating in the room. It was too hot to sleep."
