"De ligging is top. Vanaf restaurant heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op Manhattan. Met de Path metto sta je binnen een kwartier in hartje Manhattan. Locatie is ook relatief rustig. Geen sirenes door de stad of drukke mensenmassa’s. Omgeving is ook erg veilig. Het ontbijt is erg beperkt in keuze en elke dag het zelfde."

Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "Well situated for nearby Subway lines, pleasant area near the waterfront inthe Financial District Our room had good whilst limited river views, Rooms are of good size, we had breakfast included, which was cooked to order with a good selection and excellent quality, I would absolutely stay here again."

"Bare concrete floors in bathroom, freaking cold and it’s summer outside. How cold does that floor get at winter… Shower door needs a seal at the bottom so water doesn’t flow out in front of sink. Huge puddles flow out."
