"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "Well situated for nearby Subway lines, pleasant area near the waterfront inthe Financial District Our room had good whilst limited river views, Rooms are of good size, we had breakfast included, which was cooked to order with a good selection and excellent quality, I would absolutely stay here again."

"De ligging is top. Vanaf restaurant heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op Manhattan. Met de Path metto sta je binnen een kwartier in hartje Manhattan. Locatie is ook relatief rustig. Geen sirenes door de stad of drukke mensenmassa’s. Omgeving is ook erg veilig. Het ontbijt is erg beperkt in keuze en elke dag het zelfde."
