"So this hotel is very deceiving. If you look at you'll be like um no. But if you want a clean comfortable place to stay that is extremely affordable, this is the place.
The room and building is extremely dated. However the staff make sure that the room is clean and comfortable.
I had no issues at all. They even have a full hot breakfast that I wasn't able to try but I'm sure it was good.
I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you so much to the staff!"

"A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells."

"We had recently stayed at this Comfort Inn with no issues, however our most recent stay, was not great. Upon arrival there was no check-in clerk at the desk. I used the button to alert them of our presence. A few minutes later an older gentleman came out from one of the offices and said I needed to push the button to get his attention. I indicated that I had and he proceeded to mockingly show me "how to push the button"; very rude. After that, he provided me with keys to our room. We proceed to...

"The good: The view was beautiful!
The not so good: Had to park across the street. Gave explicit instructions that I didn't want to be bothered by staff/ housekeeping when checking in and I wanted a quiet room. There were no security locks for the doors and there weren't any Do Not Disturb signs either. All the male staff were yelling to each other...
