"Tolles Zimmer, klein aber fein und sehr sauber. Die Matratze war etwas hart, weshalb der Schlaf dran gelitten hat, aber für eine Übernachtung machbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal fand beim Check-in und Check-out, ganz angenehm."

"Traveled with two adults, an infant, and toddler. Brought our own infant bed and toddler sleeps in adults bed when traveling. Upon arrival, disclosed we had two young children and were told it was an additional 50 euro per child per night to stay despite using existing beds. However when I asked if I could cancel clerks did his manager and they said if I called Expedia to cancel and their agent called him to confirm they would not charge me."

"Beautiful hotel with character and charm! Great views and a wonderful garden area where you can relax and enjoy a coffee or a glass of prosecco. Complimentary beverages upon arrival and during the day were a plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were only staying one night so we had a regular room which was still fantastic and very clean. You can tell that details are important to the staff and the management. There is also luggage storage available. Not a far walk from anywhere."

"Great hotel just outside the center of Innsbruck. Easy to walk or bike to the center. The rooms were spacious and had well equipped kitchens. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful with tips for hiking and sightseeing. I was sad to leave!"

"This venue, Hotel Penz at the airport, is immaculate. Super courteous staff, clean rooms, an awesome breakfast buffet, and of course in walking distance to the airport as well as the bus station. Highly recommendable!!!"

It is located in the most beautiful spot, reception was helpful and so friendly, the bar staff made delicious drinks and gave some suggestions of where to walk around that were incredible. Our room overlooked the most beautiful view. The hotel was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to come back for another visit from the USA!"

"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, Preis Leistung in Ordnung…..aber das Frühstück ist leider von minderer Qualität. Nicht das wir sehr anspruchsvoll wären, aber für den Preis was wir für das Frühstück bezahlt haben, geht das nicht in Ordnung. Man merkt bei vielen Produkten, das sie einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig sind. "

"A lovely property and a great location to explore. Lovely breakfast and wonderful staff. The main let down was that there was absolutely no drinks facilities in the rooms. No coffee and tea making (unless you paid for the machine downstairs) and no water provided either. It was really hot when we were there, and a bank holiday so getting something from any shop was very challenging after 5pm or earlier which we didn’t realise and weren’t told on check in either. We ended up having to buy...

"für eine Nacht habe ich nichts vermisst; das Sofa ist für zwei Erwachsene etwas zu weich zum Übernachten, ist eher für Kinder perfekt, ansonsten aber sehr bequem, Decke und Kissen gut, Ausstattung Küche Kaffeemaschine Nespresso und ein Wasserkocher; gut fand ich die Möglichkeit das benutzte Geschirr gleich in den Geschirrspüler zu stellen, Tab war auch vorhanden. Einziger Negativpunkt, ich brauche eine Rechnung und auf diese warte ich jetzt seit 9 Tagen."

"This was a lovely boutique hotel where Mozart himself once stayed. The breakfast and views from the restaurant were excellent. The staff were kind and helpful. This hotel is perfectly located in the old town tourist area. I felt at home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!"
