"When we checked in late after a long day of driving, our room had a bag of trash outside the door, black ants in the shower floor and bathroom, and the TV audio would go in and out so you could not watch a show. All that was offered was to move to an ADA room. ZERO discounts given, Zero apologies, no compassion. You really need to train your Front Desk staff to be more understanding.
