"There was no hair conditioner in the shower dispenser. Normally I would not have even known but, I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner. There was no lotion with the bar of soap."

"Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)"

"The manual shade didn’t cover the window all the way and there were no curtains so light came through in the morning. There were cobwebs on the wall and ceiling corner. No new roll of toilet paper. Body wash dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived and we didn’t discover this until we were in the shower. Room and hotel have absolutely no character or style. Pool closed too early. Hallways were loud."

"The room was very clean. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of choices. The only things I would have liked to have were some water with ice, and a large bowl of mixed fruit rather than whole apples, bananas, oranges, etc. Except for bananas, whole fruit is awkward to eat. There were juice and milk but no ice water. Even so, we had an enjoyable stay. Whenever possible I like to stay at a Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I enjoyed my stay at Skylarnna Resort. The hotel was quiet, and the scenery was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the on-site pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay, so we had to go off-site for meals and drinks. Even though those facilities were closed, it would have been nice to still have the option to purchase bottled water or other beverages on-site. "I definitely did not like the night front desk clerk. If he's going to be working with the public, the he definitely needs to work on his people skills. Even tho I was a hr away from home when it broke down,and the store I went to load more money on my cards so I could pay for a Lyftkkuúūmachine wasn't working, trying to carry a bunch of bags plus my lil dog was on a leash, and my phone died while I was checking in the room I had already paid for on Expedia he wouldn't let me use one of the...
