"i was in 2 different rooms. Both had an overwhelming smell of urine. No toilet paper, the A/C did not work. I ended my stay early because the accommodations were terrible. The only positive was the desk staff. They attempted to be helpful and canceled my stay without issue. It's unlikely that I will ever stay in a Red Roof Inn again. Does my account show that I should be receiving a refund? "

"It’s a very beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and seemed very immature for the face of such a nice hotel. She was sweet but definitely not a good fit for the first thing you encounter when you come into this hotel. She was on her phone and she kept yawning and saying how tired she was. The bar and breakfast staff were very friendly and professional though. My biggest complaint is we could hear every little thing the walls are so thin and we could hear someone stomping above us until 1 AM. I even had a sound machine. "

"The SureStay Plus was a bit rough around the edges. Pulling in, you're greeted with what looks like homeless people that appear to be living in the ground floor rooms. Check in & front desk staff were fine. The room itself was basic, but functional. WiFi worked ok. Lots of noise at night (door slamming?) but a call to the front desk helped resolve it. Breakfast was lacking. They have a waffle maker, but no toppings besides syrup. No eggs. Small selection of tired-looking bulk cereal. Small, plastic-wrapped apples. "
