"Look.. I can get loud because I have a condition now which is hard to control. Like night terrors with sleep talking.. and subsequent tourettes .. this place is pretty accepting to it but I know how difficult it is to deal with also.. honestly a great place to stay so makes me feel guilty or embarrassed when I do but never really gave me a reason to be. I have been asked to keep it down but.. just recently.. I really can't so I just leave when that's the case not realytryna be disruptive but.....

"First room I was put in was so noisy and it smelled like weed., Bedding had stains on them, next day I was asked to be put in a different room it was quieter but still occasionally got a smell of weed. Toilet Seat was broken and was never cleaned, It had some kind of stains around the toilet bowl, there was no cleaning staff. I had no toilet paper called for room service to bring me some and I was told to come down and get it. Never received fresh towels or had my bed changed. I put my garbage...

"Well, this location was convenient for our party night, but I'm not sure we'll be back.
The room itself was nice and very spacious since they put us in a first-floor ADA room (not what I booked, and it didn't even have a room number on the door!). It looks like they're doing some remodeling, but if you're on the lower level, you will hear every footstep above and it sounded like WWE up there all night.
The biggest issue was safety. There’s a fence around the property, but no gate to restrict...
