"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."

"Very clean, and organized hostel. One of the best I’ve stayed in."

"Excellent mangement of the property. Excellent service. I just found the bathroom tiny for shaving."

"Nice location next to metro and food court, nice private rooms with good shower, bed and WiFi, no air con but there is a ceiling fan"

"La gente del hotel muy atenta, aunque no tenían como buena comunicación, no sabían cuánto teníamos que pagar y tardamos en que nos cobraran, el lugar es ideal para solo ir a dormir y ya, parece más un hostal que un hotel, el desayuno se servía muy tarde , había mucho ruido, no hubo agua caliente. Eso si está en una zona céntrica y segura"

"The ones running it were really sweet and helpful. The location was good, you could walk to many areas. Or an easy short taxi ride.. for the value its a good place. You can also cook and c wash clothes there. But there are several inexpensive cafes in walking distance. Perfect for budget travelers. I would stay there again"
