Top Ephesus Ruins Hotel Reviews

Akanthus Hotel Ephesus

Akanthus Hotel Ephesus

10/10 Excellent
"We only stayed here one single night. The front desk fellow, Alpa, was super nice and helpful. They had an “honor system” self service bar, tell them how much you drank and they bill you. Honestly, was super cool. Room was King (2 twins pushed together). Bed was Ok, bathroom was very pretty, and price was reasonable. If doing St. John Basilica, this the the place. Very conveniently located, walkable. Good restaurants in 2 blocks. Downside, Google Maps does not have entrance correctly located. This is not on the Hotel, but we spent a good while looking for the entrance. Signs are small and easily over looked when lost. Entrance is up what an American would call an alley. This is not the fault of the hotel, so I don’t ding them for that. Also, they use real keys, instead of key cards. I don’t know why, but I really liked that."

"Strictly based on the room i used. The bathroom was too tiny that one can barely bend. I am happy it was only 1 night. Unless it was meant to be used by a child like 10 yrs old. One cannot bend to wash the feet. But overall its a good hotel n great breakfast too."

"Great location, very clean rooms and property, excellent breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when there were any issues. Slept well just know that the walls are very thin and you can hear in the next room easily where our room was. It was our second trip staying there, would definitely stay again."
