"The restaurant food was very good, but I would have preferred to be able to eat/be served on their patio which was limited to carrying out your own beverages."

"The building seemed pretty new, all clean and good sized rooms. However, the bodywash was empty, and the whatsapp numbers provided inside the rooms doesnt work. Breakfast is decent and fresh, no complaints about it. Staff were reasonably good, and no complaints too. After a long road trip with a family of 7 and occupying 2 rooms, we expected decent clean up and the rooms not having bodywash was disappointing. Also, the car park isnt free which we assumed is included in the charges already paid.-...

"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"The hotel was in a lovely area of Brussels, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. To get to the centre it was about a 30 minute walk or 15-20 minutes if you got a tram/bus (stops for public transport were just around the corner). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was well presented. Our family room was very spacious too."

"Hotel was 2-3 minutes walk from bus stop and supermarket. Very clean room with all amenities I needed even robes and slippers. Also there was a water refill in the lobby and more stuff"

"Alles was heel netjes. Mooie kamers, maar de airco in onze kamer was niet 100% in orde. Het was snachts nogal warm. En spijtig dat er ook geen nespresso machientje stond in de kamer. In de meeste hotels van dergelijke klasse vind je een nespresso machientje. Voor de rest was alles in orde."

"The hotel was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. We heard the breakfast is amazing but for 20 euros a person this was more than we were willing to spend. Also the area Brussels Midi is not a good area, directly across from the train station and very sketchy and lots of homeless and people on drugs. We didn’t feel safe walking after dark. Also very dirty, lots of littering in the streets."
