"Fantastic stay that was super clean with friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located and we were able to walk to everything. Restaurant and bar on site, unfortunately ours was a quick trip for a wedding so we weren’t able to try it, however we did order room service which was delicious! Only downside to the property is that their carpark is actually a Wilson parking lot located next door, the entry to which is a little confusing and the car park can be a bit tight for larger vehicles…...

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "Booked a superior studio, room was a good size, clean and had everything needed. Beds very comfortable Location was great, close to cafes, shops and tram line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would criticise was the condition of the balcony area, looked like it hadn't been tidied for some time."
