Unlike larger resorts, there were no overwhelming crowds, which made the stay feel much more private, relaxing, and personal. The property itself is beautiful. "Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."

"This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked."

"Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management."

"The villas are very cool, we got the one with a kitchen, swam in the pool every evening, enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Only 2 blocks to the water easy walk. The staff are very personable, had a lot of fun with them, the grounds crew is always working to keep the beautiful grounds maintained and they have a gated covered and secured parking garage."

"Waited a while before actually leaving a review because i wanted to be as honest as possible without being biased. First and foremost the property is huge and well maintained. The property was boring, i don’t know if it was because of the season but it was absolutely boring nothing to do at all. By the 2nd night i was over it. "This was such a great place, the views and staff were amazing! It was awesome staying right off the beach. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. We could walk down the beach to different restaurants. We caught a sail boat ride that picked us up from the beach. The hotel staff coordinated it all. Would definitely go back to this hotel!!"

The LOCATION was the best, situated at the end of a secluded street with almost no traffic and the beach literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. "Not good service at all !!! For that kind of price it was a disaster. No water at the spa and gym. And very very rude manager on duty. Because top management was there that Sunday. I will never go back to that property."
