"Incredible views from this very special property in the middle of nowhere. I wish we could have stayed longer. The cabins have been tastefully designed with natural local materials to give a rustic feel, but with all the comfort of hot showers, crisp white sheets and a comfy mattress. Dinner is served in a sandy outdoor dining patio with a central open air bbq where food is simmering in cast iron pots. The sun goes down and you...

"We had a nice night at Khan River Lodge. The bed and cottage were comfy and the staff was very kind. It is a two hour ride from Windhoek to the town and a forty five minute ride down a terrible dirt road to get to the hotel. Also we had no WiFi until a guest of the hotel reset the router, and then again it was only by the office that we were able to receive it."
