"Omgivelserne var desværre for utrygge og skumle.
For at komme hertil ligger det inde gennem en port. Ligeså snart man træder ind af porten er man mødt med en meget gammel baggård, dyster baggård. Porten var til tider åben på hvis gab så alle havde adgang, vi oplevede flere rode i skraldespandende og samle flasker. Der var en konstant mad lugt. En del larm om natten også.
Servicen var helt fin og værelset var i sig selv også nydeligt og rent dog meget mørkt.

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her.
The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia.
I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"Staff were great but the hotel its self is a bit rough around the edges for a 5 star! Our room although nice, a few things let it down. The bathroom door did not close fully, cables were hanging down from the TV and no mirror for the dressing table."

"It's like a frat house for European incels. They're not really interested in any cultural activity that doesn't include alcohol. The place gets trashed every night and the cleaning staff does a stellar job every morning. There's only two toilets and two showers for about 100 guests on the first floor, near the kitchen. "This is a charming little boutique hotel, hidden away at back of a building. Although we had some difficulty entering the main gate, when we got in the staff were delightful, and went out of their way to help us. The interior design is quirky and creative. We were in the Tesla room fitted out with mementos of the famous scientist. Room was very clean and comfortable, We had a nice breakfast every morning. Location is great, easily walkable to the main sights and transport hubs."
