"Property is in a tranquil location and has a lovely lounge but generally in need of a bit of TLC. Room, 103, was quite small with little space to put our luggage but clean and tidy. Shower cubicle so small it’s comical and we’re not big people. Problem with screeching water pipes kept us up at night, reception informed us that they knew and plumber fixing on Monday.
