"The elevator was not in service. The TV fell off the wall but we were able to secure it from crashing to the ground."

"You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything. Other guests arriving at the same time also had not received a code. Upon messaging the company...

"There were minor issues staff quickly resolved. Room was clean, provided extra towels / pillows upon request. Quick and painless check in. Very helpful staff. Price was very competitive for area. Would recommend/ stay again."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants, shopping and the lake. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast- the eggs were runny and weird and the selection was not very big for other things."

"Desk manager was rude. Our key card would not work. Made 4 trips up and down the stairs, finally she came up and after 10 trys with her card she got the door opened. She told us she would get it taken care. Couldn't leave the room because we had no key. We never heard another word? Left the next morning, no word. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. Its a older place but the rooms are getting dated. Guess we have to try somewhere else next time."

"Stayed one night so didnt experience a whole lot but the sleep between the three of us that stayed were all terrible. The AC unit is older and super loud. It kept us all awake through the evening waking us up every couple hours."

"At first look it was great till We had bed bugs in are room. Then other room the bathroom sink was flooded and faucets was broken. The staff thats was there move us and said the manager was going to talk to us NEVER seen him. The pool and the hot were out of order. The breakfast they said they had was gone staff could keep up too many people and not enough food."
