"Great location, friendly and helpful staff"

"One of the worst 5-star hotels I have stayed in. When we checked in, the room was dirty: there was food on the floor and counter, the bathroom countertop was not clean, and there was so much dust in the drawers that I did not want to empty my suitcase. There was no housekeeping on a Sunday evening at 7, so the front desk had to clean, as there were no other rooms available. Also guest services did not meet a 5-star standard. They were contacted 4 days before we asked for an outing and...

"The location is terrific as the hotel starts on the 17th floor directly above a mall. It is also very close to a metro station. The surrounding area is walkable with many restaurants and cafes. The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular. "

"Traveled with family (teenagers). The hotel was comfortable and staff were very responsive and friendly, (specially Yohans). Breakfast was good but not comparable to other high end resorts we have visited. Hotel location was central but not as walkable as other parts of the city (Bellavista etc). Rooms were comfortable but your expectations will decide the level of luxury. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were the highlight. "
