"Honestly one of the best hotels i have stayed in, the room was clean and spacious and the view of the sea was incredible, the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to choose from, the staff were always present, polite and helpful. the only thing is that the spa was not included, and i was never told this. but would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone"

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. "Loved staying here the food was good the staff were supper friendly and attentive. We had a few problems with our rooms and they dealt with it so well and upgraded our wristbands to premium. This place will be my go to when I come to Ibiza again. Thanks guys"
