Great hotel except our washroom door was broken. I was hoping it would get fixed or we’d be swapped to another room but yet that wasn’t the case. Otherwise super friendly and helpful especially as they were able to speak English. Also very clean and the staff came daily to clean the rooms.

The receptionist was rude! It was raining and she told us to walk to the mall, while parking at the mall was free. We could have safe us from getting sick ! And with the hard winds it was very dangerous too. The room was clean and the roomcleaning staf was very polite and friendly.

ONE room for 4 does not mean ONE room for 4 here!

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 small children and got a confirmation for ONE room. In brackets the word "Adjoining" is mentioned. When googling that, the definition from Oxford Languages writes “next to or joined with”. Since the booking states ONE room and not TWO adjoining I think it’s safe to assume that we are talking about some version of connecting doors so we would not be separated. It turns out that is not the case because according to the receptionist the hotel does not have any type of connecting doors and can only offer us two rooms next to each other. Had that been clear when booking the hotel I would never have chosen that hotel! I think I have not reviewed the product that I was sold. Please note that I am looking at the Danish version of Hotels and you (hotels.com) are communicating (mails etc.) with me in Danish. So when receiving this: “Du har booket 1 værelse. Standard-dobbeltværelse (Adjoining)” in the confirmation mail and I even googled the meaning of “Adjoining” I cannot see that I have not been sold a product that the hotel did not deliver, when receiving TWO rooms instead of ONE.
