Very clean, host very helpful, fit the bill!
I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean this place was. Yes it is a 5 story walk up and there was no Wi-Fi. But it was immaculate, very comfortable, very close to the train station, and the host was extremely helpful. I would stay there again!

First of all, there is no room available when I arrived. There is no reservation of mine, and there is no any room vacant. Somehow, the staff of the hotel offered one dormitory room (but my own, and it was nice of them) just for one night, offered for free. However the room is shabby, no elevator and there is no towel prepared, i wiped myself with my small hand towel, brought my heavy suitcase to the top floor. I luckily could make a reservation for other two nights with the help of the hotel staff, so I appreciate him and this hotel in this point, but it was time and energy consuming and missed part of my work at the film festival. I don't know if this is a hotel issue or Expedia issue, but i will not use Expedia because of this happened.

We arrived at this hotel and were disgusted to find that it was in a red-light area, with the car park opposite covered with used drug needles and associated rubbish. There was a notice on the door (solely in German) giving two numbers to ring BUT without the international code for Germany. There was nobody around to ask about the code except prostitutes and drug users who we tried to speak to but couldn't help. So we went to a Burger bar some distance away to try and access the internet (failed) but a customer gave us the code. So back (unwillingly) to the hotel front to ring the numbers given. We were assured that the person would arrive in 10-12 minutes. We waited unhappily at the front door for 25 minutes and then decided to leave as the whole area was far from decent. So we have no idea what the rooms were like as we never saw anything but the locked front door.

Catastrophique.
C'est scandaleux d'appeler cela un hôtel. C'est une sorte d'appartement partagé avec des Colocataires. Il faut appeler un numéro pour que quelqu'un, 20 minutes après l'appel vienne nous ouvrir. La clé n'est pas bonne. Nous aurions s dormi dehors sans l'aide d'une voisine. L'état de la chambre est mauvais. Problème avec la douche. Un colocataire faisait beaucoup de bruit. Je demande le remboursement. nous

Hotel war überbucht, wir bekamen ein Minizimmer mit Einzelbetten zugewiesen, nicht wie gebucht Doppelbett. Nicht vergleichbar mit den Abbildungen. Sind wieder abgereist bei voller Bezahlung.
