"Classic 5-star hotel as expected. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and never drops standards. Beware the parking fees at DFO (not managed by the hotel but can use a discount voucher from the hotel desk. The parking system tried to charge double. Had to use the help button and speak to someone before the correct charge was applied). This parking issue is not a negative reflection on the hotel though, just a heads-up for guests. Great hotel restaurant."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small.
Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bedâs linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"The room was spacious and open. The bathroom was clean but a little small, compared to the size of the room. There was an underlying odour which I couldnât place.
The room was chilly and I couldnât adjust the air con. The bed and pillows were not overly comfortable. I was glad I was only there for 1 night.
The location was central and close to the theatre.
The breakfast was ok. I was disappointed with the limit of fruit for breakfast."
