"This was a quick turnaround trip for me so I was hoping that it would be smooth sailing however valet never came out to get my car which is $45 a night anyways. I ended up having to pay to park down the street. There were stains and hair on the sheets, I did not get the room I requested and paid for which was a king bed but the front desk lady was really nice. She was the best part of my visit. Other than that. It’s very average if you’re just kind of doing a quick trip."

"This hotel charged $300 smoking fee for using flat irons and straightening comb. I spoke to the manager and they agreed to refund my card but it would take 7-10 days and it still hasnt been refunded. Also they charge an additional $25 per day tourism fee. The location is really good to be walking distance from attractions. Also my hotel room did not have a fridge nor microwave. "

"For our stay, the breakfast was not included, but when we ate there, the food was delicious (especially the creamy grits) and the service was fast and courteous. We had a couple of minor issues with the TV and the phone in the room (the phone wouldn't have mattered except that I was calling about the TV), but someone came up right away and got the TV going. "The best part about this hotel waa the free parking and the manager Marlene. Dallas (one of the people at the front desk) was not helpful as when we got to our room, the shower was moldy and rusty and the room smelled weird. I told Dallas about it and he said all of the rooms are probably like that and I can talk to the housekeeping manager the next morning and show her the shower.
